Micheline Barber is a well-respected beauty and wellness advocate, educator, and master stylist with over 30 years of experience in the industry. She is the owner of M Salon 1, which has gained significant recognition, including winning the Steve Harvey “Hoodie Award” for Best Beauty Salon for three consecutive years.

 Micheline is also the founder of Mpact Beauty and Mpulse Summit, platforms where she educates and inspires other beauty professionals through workshops, hair shows, and events across the United States and internationally. Her work has been featured in notable publications like Black Hair Sophisticate, Modern Salon, and Universal Salon Magazine.

 Beyond her professional achievements, Micheline is deeply committed to community outreach, empowering others through her involvement with organizations focused on teen pregnancy and homelessness.
